Granny gets leg broken in state sanctioned kidnapping
Here is a disgusting display of police state gooning that was captured by a free lance videographer ......watch as the state has its goons not take no for an answer when a 70+ year old citizen demands her constitutional rights be respected by so called "peace officers" ( they're the ones in the military tack with the machine guns) disguising their civilian gun confiscation operation as a "manditory relocation". In reality they were disarming citizens from lists provided by BATF and state firearms registries as per instructions from the NOLA police cheif...note that at the time of this incident martial law was not declared and this lady has all her constitutional rights violated.
Probably the most startling reality in this video is not that the goons would beat up an old woman, but the fact that when the shit hits the fan, and the orders are sent, the police/military will carry out orders no matter how uncivil, unconstitutional or immoral they are...this is the nature of the police funtion in a modern mega state that indoctrinates police to feel separate and superior to those they "police" and no empathy with so called "civilians"...they have been drummed into a pseudo miltary unconciousness that allows them to justify shooting fellow Americans if the boss tells them to....the classic "us" and "them" mindset.
Now I expect some to discount this as typical of the NOLA PDs...they are mostly as corrupt and thuggish as their Cheif and mayor...I mean they were right in there looting with the rest of them ...when they finally showed up for work. I may buy this except some more credible sources identified the fact that FEMA enforcement hired private mercinaries for this operation and they gave these "security" freebooters guns and police flack jackets......just how many were cops and how many were FEMA hired goons?
The other thing I noticed is that Fox news got the clip and had Bill O'Riely white washing these police state terroist actions that shredded the constitution......frig!... blind partisan politics are a curse to rational liberty.....If Fox can portray this open rights abuse as "for her own good" they are as sick as the goons that beat that old woman and kidnapped her against her will.
For those partisans who still want to appologise for W 's seemingly easy acceptance of instituting federal marshal law domestically for something as minor as a flood....you can Thrill to the sight of NOLA's/FEMA's finest breaking this senior citizen's bones when she dare defy their totalitarian terror tactics by having the unpatriotic affrontery to demand to be left in peace.
Ladies and gents, here is a REAL scoff-law that got just what she deserved for defying the omnipotent talons of our benevolent police state....right Bill? . >:-(

Americans should worry nedreck, Both the Clinton and now the Bush Administrations have used martial law in America at the drop of a hat. Bush has engaged civilian disarmament and civilian concentration internment via armed military door to door round ups. Now Bush is pleading with congress to let him invoke martial law as a first response to any domestic situation. Bush has passsed a law ( patriot act part 2 and 3) which essentially has Amewrica in a perpetual state of quasi-martial law. Anerica is a defacto police state and it seems the Dems are a fond of this solution as the republicans...hell the one thing that both seem to agree on is controlling the population in a gulag nation like the globalists in the UN would like.

Certainly seems that way. Funny how a so-called conservative like Bush would do all the things the UN global governors want....civilian gun confiscations, gun bans, population round up and concentrations under martial law, expansion of statist armed agencies like CIA, BATF, FEMA...like, what is going on here? This is the game plan of globalist elites not the GOP!!
The global elite who want to be our political monarchy...who want open borders, cultural homogenization, cull national sovereignty, disarm civilians, aid inflation, destroy the free market, monopolize and regulate all resources....all this aimed at reducing the empowered middle class to a very tiny manageable group....due to inflated cost of living, lost jobs and wages driven down by open border immigration and fuel and cash shortages removing our mobility, the rest will be concentrated in North American urban hell-holes that resemble Mexico city or Calcutta....they will be reliant on governing monopolist's subsistance employment and watched closely by lots of cops decked out in the latest hitech military gear and personal surveilence technology that tracks them for life like cattle.
As always, the globalist-statist elite will live in guarded rural communities that are off limits to plebians ....and you better have the really big money and all the right politics and contacts to get in there.
This is Orwells and Huxley's nightmare in a 21st century North American frame of reference ....and we are definately headed toward it either by design or by the coincidental blundering of our "leaders".
The only hedge is to have the means to revolt if our governors propose to be our masters and install the police state.
They are now, to a degree, and it is all a matter of them balancing off the revolutionary set point of the majority....at what point do we reach our breaking point where statism, bureaucratic intimidation, loss of freedom and tax slavery bother us enough to revolt.
We seem to have a large capacity for the slow steady creep of global statism as most people seem happy to have total loss of privacy to the state and 2 parents work like slaves in unstable job markets and high taxes to recive much less security than our parents.
In the 50s ( before cultural marxism, gun bans and bureaucratic terrorism) the average wage earner with a skilled job could support a wife and 2 kids in a 3 room bungalow ($8000) have a new car paid for, a pension plan and 2 vacations a year. Today's middle class barely makes ends meet, has a 20 year morgage on a 1/4 million dollar bungalow, takes 5-7 years to pay for a $35,000 car, has no substantial savings/investments and little time and money for yearly family vacations ( according to the royal bank study)
I know from my personal experience that my parents were more job secured, wealthier ( their money bought more) and could save more than I can. And according to the banks the greatest bulk of the Boomer generation's wealth comes from inheritance from their parents.
Big government, heavy regulation, loss of freedoms and heavy taxation have not made me weathier, more secure or more at liberty than my parents and I see things as being worse for my kids unless they can find a niche that does not rely on the deminishing private sector.
Just the same, they have never know the freedom I have and can't dream of the freedoms their grand parents had. When I get outraged about national ID cards or mandatory retena scans and fingerprint ID, they say to me this is "normal" and "for our own good". My response to them is; if surrendering your freedom/privacy made you safer, then the 3 million dead who dictators killed in the last century must be really secure. I gueass statist government sees it the same way...to statists you ( a citizen) are a problem...you must be fed, housed, controlled, indoctrinated...this all takes effort and expense ...this was your duty which you have resigned to the state...you are now a problem to them and the ultimate way to rid themselves of your burden is to "reduce" the "problem"...ultimately it is the state's best interest to ultimately dispose of you to eliviate the "problem" of caring for you....thus it is with statist socialism, the harried political elite see you as cattle....made docile and easy to milk but when you get old, sick or incapacitated as a productive herd anaimal and draw on the system you must be culled off "for the better good". Socialist statism is no differnet that animal husbandry in the minds of it's elite. Welcome to "Animal farm" Kids.
Remember Aizlynne....she asked them to leave and said she didn't want them there...that makes them trespassers who were not invited in they them assaulted her and took her against her will...that's kidnapping.....there is no law or excuse to hind behind for statist meatheads doing this to a peacful senior citizen in her own home.....no legal or moral excuse what so ever....and Bill O'Riely made me puke listening to him apologise for this statist thuggery.
Frankly, had this cop done this to my mother, he would be walking with a limp today.
