The Reformer's Firebrand

*-{The New Canadian Colonist's Advocate }-* A commentary of fiery reformist sentiment from the spirit of it's 210 year old Canadian ghost publisher patron. This will be a home to the new wave of anti-partisan advocacy for defeating Canada's second "family compact" and reinstallation of responsible governance in this 21st century new Canadian democratic dominion.

patriotic conflict of interest

When I read this this morning, I felt conflicted. As it stands now, I wonder this could possibly the best thing that could happen to this nation's regional cohesion and democracy.

And, your comments on Kate's post of Victor Davis Hansen's article.
I laughed; delighted that your comment has completely and totally mirrored my own thoughts!

I agree Aizlynne: like Guy Faux said: " all the rodents die at one time...glorious will be the benefit to the nation"

I don't know what all this talk of rodents is about; I didn't know that the common leech is a rodent.

Please gentlemen, please. We are all proper gentlemen here, well learned in science, and tom-foolery aside, it is clearly evident that the species we are dealing with is none other than Genus Libratas Americana. To make such comparisons is degradation of the highest order, to the noble leech of course.

It was never the intent of this publisher to insult leaches by comparing them to either rats or Liberals...all such comparisons are not the opinion of the editors and ownership of the Firebrand.

If there was any confusion at al we wish to extend apologies to all leeches for any implication they are of inferior genus to a Liberal.

Naturally.

After all, leeches have formed an important corner stone in medicine for many centuries, while we have yet to discover the purpose of Libratas.

Interesting that it is a senator who is the one pointing to a suggested target. How idiotic is that?
As we have discovered, if we did not know it already, the bombings in London show us one thing: Terrorists are no respector of persons, places or things.
And now, the car homicide bomber in Iraq shows us that they will do anything, sink to new lows is no problem for them in their desperation , when they target children taking candy from a US Soldier!
This vermin needs an exterminator and fast before the whole planet is infected with this lunacy.
